Collection: Sirdar Stories

Sirdar Stories is a cotton-rich yarn from Sirdar, blending 60% cotton with 40% acrylic. It comes in 50g balls, each holding 140m, and knits to a tension of 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm. The cotton gives it a cool, smooth handle, while the acrylic keeps it light and easy to wash, which makes it a sensible choice for summer tops, cardigans, children's garments and accessories that see plenty of wear.

There are 22 shades in the range, among them Skinny Dip, Matcha and Silent Disco, so there is scope for colourwork and stripes as well as plain knitting. The yarn is made in Turkey.
