Collection: Rowan Felted Tweed

Rowan Felted Tweed is one of the ranges we keep on the shelves here at Homend Haberdashery, and it is a yarn we come back to again and again for our own projects. We currently stock it in eight shades, including Watery, Ginger and Avocado, alongside Seafarer, Clay, Frozen, Alabaster and Black.

It is a yarn that suits colourwork particularly well, since the shades sit happily together and the tweedy flecks soften the joins between them. Equally, a single shade worked plain gives a quiet, textured fabric for jumpers, cardigans, hats and accessories. If you are working from a Rowan pattern, do check the ball band and pattern details for the figures you need before you cast on.

The whole range is in stock at our shop in Ledbury, so you are welcome to come in and compare the shades in daylight before you decide. We also send orders out by post, with free UK delivery on orders over £50.
