Collection: King Cole Homespun Prism Aran

King Cole Homespun Prism Aran is an aran-weight yarn from King Cole, blending 23% merino and 23% alpaca with 30% acrylic, 22% PA and 2% viscose. Each ball is 50g and runs to 110m, worked on 5mm needles at a tension of 18 stitches and 25 rows to 10x10cm.

The self-shading colours come through as you knit, so simple stocking stitch and garter stitch do most of the work. It suits jumpers and cardigans, hats, scarves and blankets, and anything where you would rather let the yarn provide the pattern than count a colour chart.
