Collection: DMC Colbert Tapestry Wool

Colbert is DMC's tapestry wool, made for needlepoint and canvas work. At Homend Haberdashery we carry a broad range of shades, so you can follow a printed canvas or design your own.

It's a 100% wool yarn, mothproofed and hardwearing, with a matte finish that sits neatly across the holes of mono and double canvas. The colour range is extensive and colourfast, which makes shading and blending straightforward on larger pieces. As well as needlepoint, it's handy for cushion fronts, kneelers, repairs and the odd bit of embroidery on heavier fabric.
