4. Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, we strive to maintain consistent pricing for our customers.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as cut fabrics, ribbons, trims, and custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return postage costs incurred.
7. Special Orders and Custom Items
Special orders and custom items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
9. Customer Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff. We kindly ask that customers:

- Supervise children at all times.
- Refrain from bringing pets into the store, except for service animals.
